RETURN POLICY
To return an item, you must contact us within 10 days of purchase and return it to our facility within 20 days of purchase. The shipping fee for a return is the responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges for the order being returned are not refunded. Any packages damaged from shipment or with missing contents, must be declared within 5 days of delivery. Photo of shipping box, with damage, must be received by Hults Folk Art within 5 days, due to USPS guidelines. Failure to notify of damages will result in a loss of damage claim with the shipping carrier. For rush orders and special orders, all sales are final, non-refundable or exchangeable including shipping charges.
PREVIEWS
Hultsfolkart.com helps you visualize your frame before purchasing. Although the colors we use to show you the preview that you see are as accurate as possible, they may display differently on different screens. For everyday purposes, any modern device (such as computer, smartphone, or tablet) should be able to display our frame previews with reasonable color accuracy. However, if color accuracy is of high importance to you, please contact us and we would be happy to help you ensure you pick the correct frame style.

When you share photos with us on social media, you agree to our Content Policy and certify the following:
- You grant Hults Folk Art permission to share, republish and/or use the image you uploaded on Hults Folk Art social media pages, in paid Google and other on-line advertisements for Frame It Easy, and on all social media platforms or programs now or in the future used by Hults Folk Art including, but not limited to Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
